When you touch down in Iceland your transfer awaits you once through custom check. Enjoy the airport shuttle transfer to your hotel in Reykjavik while admiring the volcanic nature of Iceland. In the evening wrap warm and get ready to hunt for the Northern Lights in a small group tour.
After breakfast you join the most favourable Golden Circle tour, taking in the natural highlights of the South of Iceland: Gullfoss - Iceland ‘s most famous and picturesque waterfall; Geysir - a world-famous geothermal area, Thingvellir - a National Park of great beauty and historic interest and visit the charming family run Greenhouse Friðheimar tomato farm.
Take a guided walking tour through the city centre and at the same time learn about Icelandic holiday traditions and the crazy way Icelanders celebrate New Year. In the evening, you can optionally join our 4- course Festive Dinner at Hotel Island with transfer (must be booked with purchase of package). Afterwards, observe & enjoy when nearly every household celebrates at midnight with their own firework show.

Depending on your departure flight time you can spend the morning in Reykjavik before you take the airport shuttle transfer back to Keflavik International airport for the flight back.
